Active Subwoofer for Installation

The LTXSUB10 is a low profile, very compact sub-woofer designed to be used in fixed multi-way installations requiring an extended low frequency response. Despite the small size, LTXSUB10 can produce a high output level and it is the ideal complement to LTX series.

For the construction of the cabinet we have used MDF, a very durable material, finished with strong, anti-scratch paint that provides proper protection for years of service. The supplied brackets allow to install the speaker on walls or ceiling, offering the possibility to obtain a more uniform coverage of the audience.

The high-excursion woofer, together with carefully tuned band-pass cabinet, offers an extended response with deep and tight basses.

In the LTXSUB10A active version the extremely lightweight power module features the latest technologies for amplification, such as Switch Mode Power Supply and CLASS D power stage, which provide a massive amount of power with reduced size and weight. LTXSUB10A includes a sophisticated pre-amp section with dual input for mono or stereo signals and a dual output with selectable full-range or 125 Hz 24 dB/oct. High Pass filters for the system’s fine tuning. The internal LIMITER circuit ensures an undistorted sound even at the loudest level and total loudspeaker protection.
